Skamania Lodge welcomes the Washington and Oregon Chapters of the American College of Surgeons. Meeting dates are from June 15 - 18, 2008.
MEETING REGISTRATION FEES
Chapter Member -- $250.00
New Fellow -- $150.00
Candidate/Resident/Medical Students -- $125.00
Nonmember - $300.00
Meeting registration fees apply to those attending the scientific meeting. The fees include all meals (outdoor barbeque, breakfasts, lunch, and annual banquet)
SOCIAL EVENTS FEES
Spouse/Guest -- $100.00
Children (6 & up) -- $25.00
Children (6 & under) -- FREE
Social events fees include all meals (outdoor barbeque and annual banquet)
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FEES (TUESDAY, JUNE 17)
Golf Tournament -- $110.00 (green fees/cart)
Tennis Tournament -- $25.00
Social activies fees include a boxed lunch
Tickets for each event will be presented at the time of registration onsite. For refunds, cancellations must be received at least 72 hours in advance.
